I had booked via Booking and while the rooms won't win a beauty contest, my stay was very clean and suitable for two people. The service was excellent with the lady at the reception being absolutely professional, polite, and helpful during the night shift at Sandton City Hotel. However, there was a mistake on their part in accepting the booking. The location was a little edgy, not very good, and especially not ideal for European tourists. The dining experience was good but only for one. The facilities were fine overall.
